THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!

I made my purchase but then got targeted with an email containing a discount code. After querying this with MiniLabsters, I was immediately refunded the discount amount with no questions asked. Excellent Customer Services I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour. Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.
