CAExceptional Customer Experience I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

GBCustomer Service gets 10 Stars!! Customer Service gets 10 Stars!! My MiniLabster arrived on time! Adorable and age appropriate. Will grow with it for a long time. The box came in damaged, torn open, bent and un'gift'able. Contacted the customer service and IMMEDIATELY got a response, happy to replace it. I was elated. I have been bragging about this company and their products to everyone. Shop their store! It's a win win.

CAI do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing.
