High quality, great customer service Quality of the products I ordered are excellent. When I wasn't sure how they installed (I thought I had too few parts), they immediately responded with photos showing how the lights assemble. It was very easy. I have one with a slight mechanical flaw and they are sending me new parts to remediate. All good!

I purchased lights from True Lumens. I purchased lights from True Lumens and I’m very happy with my decision. The lights are very bright, illuminating a big area, and they are compact. I also use them inside the house. In case the electricity goes out, here in Florida. So far, so good. I truly recommend these lights. I send them to my family in Puerto Rico as well. I worried a little bit when my first order seemed to be taking some time for delivery but I realized that most everything in the past year was taking longer. When I received my order I followed the directions, set the lights in the sun for three days and placed them where I wanted them. I did have one problem, some of them did not work properly. I contacted True Lumens and they immediately sent me replacements. This company does what they say they will do. The flickering solar lights are beautiful, they stay on all night. Excellent Product & Excellent Customer Service I have purchased True Lumens solar lights for about 3 years now and I recently for the 1st time had an issue with one of them and even though it was just slightly out of warranty the company stood behind their product and shipped out a replacement. Even without the replacement I would of been happy to purchase another because these lights are amazing and their prices are incredible. Great lighting easy installation Lights work great on the 100lm all night + motion detection. Now that we have sunny days and shorter nights. We set them to just motion detection during winter. Kind of expected that especially when there was little or no sun for several days in a row. Installation was assembled as it gets screw to wall or deck and done!
