GBAfter being a member of their Players… After being a member of their Players Circle for over a year, and buying exclusively from them (acquiring points) - they suddenly and without notice locked my account Customer service is a joke - their phone number will only take messages - they won't connect you with a living person Shabby as hell

GBHooray for George! Having arthritis in my left thumb, I now have to use a very light non-standard string set. I was lucky enough to have George as my guide in getting the right set. He's very competent, dedicated and was incredibly patient in getting just what I needed. Not many companies have such a professional service department these days, and I very much appreciated my experience. Good job there, George, good man!!!
