Honestly some of the best customer… Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I use Promark Sticks, Evans Heads, and D'addario strings and I know if I ever have any issues they will not only fix it but go the extra mile to make it right.

George the Consumer Support Specialist, was exceptionally helpful asking several questions over several emails to determine the string tension required for the instrument.
