USAfter being a member of their Players… After being a member of their Players Circle for over a year, and buying exclusively from them (acquiring points) - they suddenly and without notice locked my account Customer service is a joke - their phone number will only take messages - they won't connect you with a living person Shabby as hell

GBI purchased light gauge acoustic… I purchased light gauge acoustic strings. The high E was faulty and broke whilst stringing guitar. I contacted D'addario who replied via email in less than 24 hours offering me a replacement pack. First class customer service. Excellent.

GBPoor quality XT strings. I thought I would try a set of XT Phosphor Bronze 12/53 on my Taylor acoustic instead of the usual Elixirs. Rubbish quality as the ball end unravelled on both unwound stings when tuning up. Maybe just unlucky by I’ll stick with Elixir or EXPs.
