GBHooray for George! Having arthritis in my left thumb, I now have to use a very light non-standard string set. I was lucky enough to have George as my guide in getting the right set. He's very competent, dedicated and was incredibly patient in getting just what I needed. IESuperb client service I had a minor issue with a cable and contacted D’Addario. Absolutely first class client service and rapid in response. Ended up in mail conversation with the team in NYC ! Really know their stuff and really friendly and articulate as a bonus. Guitar cables excellent quality.
