MagConnect Titanium - Amazing Product The magconnect (titanium version) might be my favorite product I own. Super strong magnet and is so much more convenient over a regular keychain connection. Product showed up on time and the product and packaging quality are top notch!

KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! I purchased STATIK magnetic charging… I purchased STATIK magnetic charging cord for my iPhone and iPad. I loved it but after 3 weeks it started slowing down charging or not connecting. I sent an email to the company and within one week they had replaced it. Sometimes you get a product that doesn’t work and no back up from company, not in this case. I suggest you try these magnetic charging cords, they’re so much better

Good warranty support. Had a Keysmart Pro for years, worked great. Upgraded to Keysmart Max and device had some technical issues. Contacted company and with some quick verification of the issue they shipped out a replacement device asap. Pleased with the support from this company.
