Customer service poor Ordered KeySmart cards on 11 Feb. Shown on tracking as being processed in US on 14 Feb. 27 Feb Keysmart say package is lost and replacement will be sent. March 3 replacement sent. March 12 tracking shows cards arrive Germany instead of Britain. Emails sent to Keysmart on 8 March and 15 March still unanswered on 20 March. 6 weeks since order placed and paid for but still no cards. Ironic that the cards are supposed to tell me where my posessions are but I can't find out where the cards are!!!

Very shady checkout experience Their dodgy checkout experience makes it incredibly easy to accidentally add extras to your order. This happened to me. It doesn’t give you an opportunity to remove these items from the basket and just charges you immediately so you have to email to seek out a refund. Very shady business practice.

Faulty Keycard Had a faulty Keycard. Excellent customer service. Within a couple of days fault verified and new card on its way. 🤠

My KeySmart Mini was missing a… My KeySmart Mini was missing a carabiner for the key fob when it arrived. Tried contacting 4 times regarding to the issue. They just ghosted me. Still waiting. Its been almost 2 months.

Put in the wrong shipping address and… Put in the wrong shipping address and sent them an email. KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service (shoutout to Andressa!)
