Excellent customer service We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.

My KeySmart Mini was missing a… My KeySmart Mini was missing a carabiner for the key fob when it arrived. Tried contacting 4 times regarding to the issue. They just ghosted me. Still waiting. Its been almost 2 months.

Keysmart has a great proposal for those who have several keys and don't like carrying all of them in their purse making a key noise. Great product and service I received my cards and they work great. They were a bit late arriving and customer service was quick to respond when I contacted them. After a few months they are still working well. Although sometimes it loses signal and says my o next has been left behind but other than that it has been fantastic.
