Not one to leave reviews often Not one to leave reviews often, but I left one (maybe out of boredom) when I bought a nano pen. I received an email asking me to leave a review, but the package was stolen from my mailbox. Now, this is a recurring problem and I clearly stated it was through no fault of keysmart that I didn't receive the package, but I had a nano pen before and I did enjoy it. A few days later I received an email from them stating they were sorry to hear it was stolen, and they were going to send me a replacement anyway! Awesome customer service. Really happy with the team at keysmart. They knew it wasn't their fault and still decided to help me out.

The best key organizer I've come… The best key organizer I've come across. Keysmart has a great proposal for those who have several keys and don't like carrying all of them in their purse making a key noise. And I'm also passionate about the tools that you can attach to Keysmart Max. Looking forward to my next item the Slim Wallet.

Untrustworthy and unreliable Ordered and paid for three of these. One of them was dead on arrival. Wrote twice to the company to inform them. They never replied so essentially I was ripped off. Do not trust them and zero customer service.

No answer after return of product I ordered a KeySmart Original from their website to be shipped to Belgium. Upon arrival I got the message that I had to pay more than the price of the item to let the package pass at customs. I refused and let the package be returned. I tried to contact the KeySmart team but since then I have not yet received an answer about reimbursement of my money. I'm a little disappointed because I have sent multiple mails trying to get in contact, but without a single reply. I hope to somehow in the near future get a reply, even just to know that someone read my mails, because quite frankly I have lost all hope by now.

Good warranty support. Had a Keysmart Pro for years, worked great. Upgraded to Keysmart Max and device had some technical issues. Contacted company and with some quick verification of the issue they shipped out a replacement device asap. Pleased with the support from this company.
