Not one to leave reviews often Not one to leave reviews often, but I left one (maybe out of boredom) when I bought a nano pen. I received an email asking me to leave a review, but the package was stolen from my mailbox. Now, this is a recurring problem and I clearly stated it was through no fault of keysmart that I didn't receive the package, but I had a nano pen before and I did enjoy it. A few days later I received an email from them stating they were sorry to hear it was stolen, and they were going to send me a replacement anyway! Awesome customer service. Really happy with the team at keysmart. They knew it wasn't their fault and still decided to help me out.

Faulty Keycard Had a faulty Keycard. Excellent customer service. Within a couple of days fault verified and new card on its way. 🤠

Customer service poor Ordered KeySmart cards on 11 Feb. Shown on tracking as being processed in US on 14 Feb. 27 Feb Keysmart say package is lost and replacement will be sent. March 3 replacement sent. March 12 tracking shows cards arrive Germany instead of Britain. Emails sent to Keysmart on 8 March and 15 March still unanswered on 20 March. 6 weeks since order placed and paid for but still no cards. Ironic that the cards are supposed to tell me where my posessions are but I can't find out where the cards are!!!

Untrustworthy and unreliable Ordered and paid for three of these. One of them was dead on arrival. Wrote twice to the company to inform them. They never replied so essentially I was ripped off. Do not trust them and zero customer service.

Excellent service Excellent service! I had one of the first Keysmart that came out very long time ago and still using it. Recently, I’ve decided to upgrade to a more rugged version where I could also add some accessories such as scissors, knife…. Just received my package to appreciate the quality of the product but they accidentally omit to include the Rugged Key Holder! I’ve send an email explaining my issue and within half an hour our so, they already responded and prepared a shipment for my missing article! Truly impressed! Thanks you Keysmart! ☺️
