Customer service poor Ordered KeySmart cards on 11 Feb. Shown on tracking as being processed in US on 14 Feb. 27 Feb Keysmart say package is lost and replacement will be sent. March 3 replacement sent. March 12 tracking shows cards arrive Germany instead of Britain. Emails sent to Keysmart on 8 March and 15 March still unanswered on 20 March. 6 weeks since order placed and paid for but still no cards. Ironic that the cards are supposed to tell me where my posessions are but I can't find out where the cards are!!!

Pocket Key Retention With Tracking I have an iPro KeySmart which I carry with me everywhere I go. It has built-in Apple Air Tag circuitry which I can track with the Apple Find My App. I got excellent customer service when it failed to track, and got a rapid response from customer service the same day! The associate was very helpful and got it synched immediately with her assistance. A pocket key retention with tracking goes with me everywhere!

Excellent customer service We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.

Excellent service Excellent service! I had one of the first Keysmart that came out very long time ago and still using it. Recently, I’ve decided to upgrade to a more rugged version where I could also add some accessories such as scissors, knife…. Just received my package to appreciate the quality of the product but they accidentally omit to include the Rugged Key Holder! I’ve send an email explaining my issue and within half an hour our so, they already responded and prepared a shipment for my missing article! Truly impressed! Thanks you Keysmart! ☺️

The usefulness of the product 👍 … The usefulness of the product 👍 as it’s working well. But I was surprised to have to pay customs tax before they would allow entry to Denmark 🤔 this added an additional 160Krone ( £19 ) to the cost 😧
