The usefulness of the product 👍 … The usefulness of the product 👍 as it’s working well. But I was surprised to have to pay customs tax before they would allow entry to Denmark 🤔 this added an additional 160Krone ( £19 ) to the cost 😧

Excellent customer service We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.

Great product and service I received my cards and they work great. They were a bit late arriving and customer service was quick to respond when I contacted them. After a few months they are still working well. Although sometimes it loses signal and says my o next has been left behind but other than that it has been fantastic.

No answer after return of product I ordered a KeySmart Original from their website to be shipped to Belgium. Upon arrival I got the message that I had to pay more than the price of the item to let the package pass at customs. I refused and let the package be returned. I tried to contact the KeySmart team but since then I have not yet received an answer about reimbursement of my money. I'm a little disappointed because I have sent multiple mails trying to get in contact, but without a single reply. I hope to somehow in the near future get a reply, even just to know that someone read my mails, because quite frankly I have lost all hope by now.

I purchased STATIK magnetic charging… I purchased STATIK magnetic charging cord for my iPhone and iPad. I loved it but after 3 weeks it started slowing down charging or not connecting. I sent an email to the company and within one week they had replaced it. Sometimes you get a product that doesn’t work and no back up from company, not in this case. I suggest you try these magnetic charging cords, they’re so much better
