I just received my replacement recently and the overall progress was really, I mean it, really painless, the people at KeySmart are professionals at all their fields. Definitely will stick around, especially after this experience.

GBPut in the wrong shipping address and… Put in the wrong shipping address and sent them an email. KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service (shoutout to Andressa!)

AUKeySmart scammers I paid $200 US and have not received the package of key cards. A person by the name of Andresser replied with an email saying, sorry it must've got lost in transport. They said they send another package so I waited and have not seen anything I've emailed them several times no reply this is a very familiar story after reading The reviews. Obviously the excellent reviews are written by KeySmart. I've asked for a refund, no reply. As far as I'm concerned they are scammers

GBPocket Key Retention With Tracking I have an iPro KeySmart which I carry with me everywhere I go. It has built-in Apple Air Tag circuitry which I can track with the Apple Find My App. I got excellent customer service when it failed to track, and got a rapid response from customer service the same day! The associate was very helpful and got it synched immediately with her assistance. A pocket key retention with tracking goes with me everywhere!

GBNot one to leave reviews often Not one to leave reviews often, but I left one (maybe out of boredom) when I bought a nano pen. I received an email asking me to leave a review, but the package was stolen from my mailbox. Now, this is a recurring problem and I clearly stated it was through no fault of keysmart that I didn't receive the package, but I had a nano pen before and I did enjoy it. A few days later I received an email from them stating they were sorry to hear it was stolen, and they were going to send me a replacement anyway! Awesome customer service. Really happy with the team at keysmart. They knew it wasn't their fault and still decided to help me out.
