CAExcellent service Excellent service! I had one of the first Keysmart that came out very long time ago and still using it. Recently, I’ve decided to upgrade to a more rugged version where I could also add some accessories such as scissors, knife…. Just received my package to appreciate the quality of the product but they accidentally omit to include the Rugged Key Holder! I’ve send an email explaining my issue and within half an hour our so, they already responded and prepared a shipment for my missing article! Truly impressed! Thanks you Keysmart! ☺️

HUFirst of all KeySmart's products are… First of all KeySmart's products are super great and their customer service is excellent. I just received my replacement recently and the overall progress was really, I mean it, really painless, the people at KeySmart are professionals at all their fields. Definitely will stick around, especially after this experience.

GBVery shady checkout experience Their dodgy checkout experience makes it incredibly easy to accidentally add extras to your order. This happened to me. It doesn’t give you an opportunity to remove these items from the basket and just charges you immediately so you have to email to seek out a refund. Very shady business practice.

GBPut in the wrong shipping address and… Put in the wrong shipping address and sent them an email. KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service (shoutout to Andressa!)

GBExcellent customer service We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.
