Very shady checkout experience Their dodgy checkout experience makes it incredibly easy to accidentally add extras to your order. This happened to me. It doesn’t give you an opportunity to remove these items from the basket and just charges you immediately so you have to email to seek out a refund. Very shady business practice.

Put in the wrong shipping address and… Put in the wrong shipping address and sent them an email. KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service (shoutout to Andressa!)

MagConnect Titanium - Amazing Product The magconnect (titanium version) might be my favorite product I own. Super strong magnet and is so much more convenient over a regular keychain connection. Product showed up on time and the product and packaging quality are top notch!

Keysmart has a great proposal for those who have several keys and don't like carrying all of them in their purse making a key noise. And I'm also passionate about the tools that you can attach to Keysmart Max. Looking forward to my next item the Slim Wallet.
