GBNot one to leave reviews often Not one to leave reviews often, but I left one (maybe out of boredom) when I bought a nano pen. I received an email asking me to leave a review, but the package was stolen from my mailbox. Now, this is a recurring problem and I clearly stated it was through no fault of keysmart that I didn't receive the package, but I had a nano pen before and I did enjoy it. A few days later I received an email from them stating they were sorry to hear it was stolen, and they were going to send me a replacement anyway! Awesome customer service. Really happy with the team at keysmart. They knew it wasn't their fault and still decided to help me out.

CAI purchased STATIK magnetic charging… I purchased STATIK magnetic charging cord for my iPhone and iPad. I loved it but after 3 weeks it started slowing down charging or not connecting. I sent an email to the company and within one week they had replaced it. Sometimes you get a product that doesn’t work and no back up from company, not in this case. I suggest you try these magnetic charging cords, they’re so much better

GBExcellent customer service We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.

AUFaulty Keycard Had a faulty Keycard. Excellent customer service. Within a couple of days fault verified and new card on its way. 🤠

CAGreat product and service I received my cards and they work great. They were a bit late arriving and customer service was quick to respond when I contacted them. After a few months they are still working well. Although sometimes it loses signal and says my o next has been left behind but other than that it has been fantastic.
