KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Good warranty support. Had a Keysmart Pro for years, worked great. Upgraded to Keysmart Max and device had some technical issues. Contacted company and with some quick verification of the issue they shipped out a replacement device asap. Pleased with the support from this company.
