Quality prompt kit, response to query All expected kit arrived promptly, and so far ( a week in) looks of good quality. I didnt understand the instructions for one bit of kit but had a response to an emailed query within 24 hours which resolved my difficulty.

Wrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. Your full tent kit might come in 2 packages! I ordered a full kit and had a moment of panic because I received tracking for just one of the two packages that were shipped, and the package I was tracking just had the clip on fan inside. Customer service was extremely quick and got me the other tracking number right after I emailed in; no further issues since then! Setup was easy and pretty fun actually. Fairly basic instructions but not too tough to follow.

Customer service went above and beyond I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been above and beyond with customer support and service. My se3000 was working well then bars started going out randomly. Contacted spider farmer and they gave me some different options of what the issue could be to try troubleshooting. Didn't work but my light was under warranty and they were quick to send out a replacement. I've seen some reviews stating they are bribing people for 5 star reviews but the lights have been amazing and having a company stand behind their product isn't bribing for reviews but earning 5 star reviews.
