Im a pleased customer My order arived in a very short time, and everything looks amazing. I had questions about how to use smart controler. I wrote to them an email and got a response that very same day. I wouls definetly reccomend to everyone, and i will recomend them to my friends. And im sure that i will buy from them in the future.

Your full tent kit might come in 2 packages! I ordered a full kit and had a moment of panic because I received tracking for just one of the two packages that were shipped, and the package I was tracking just had the clip on fan inside. Customer service was extremely quick and got me the other tracking number right after I emailed in; no further issues since then! Setup was easy and pretty fun actually. Fairly basic instructions but not too tough to follow.

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. They have had my goods returned to their warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. I notice I am not the first person this has happened to either. Use Mars Hydro. Better value and great customer service

Disappointing Ordered a grow kit in January, the fan I ordered stopped working. Reached out to customer service requesting assistance and was told there was nothing they could do since it had been past 30days since I received the product in question. They claim a 5year warranty, but they don't honor it and they hide any negative reviews posted on their site. Avoid!

Wrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back.
