GBI ordered 2 items from them howeverβ¦ I ordered 2 items from them however Iβve only received one of the items. I am struggling to get a response from them. I have emailed and contacted in every way possible but still not received a reply. Does anyone have any advice?

AUSuper fast shipping Super fast shipping & custom service Ordered on the 27/12/23 and didn't expect a delivery until mid January. Freight started arriving in the 3/1/24 with the rest to be delivered tomorrow the 4/1/24 . All delivered by the 5th brilliant πππ PS very fast with responses to customer service as well, local support the cherry π on top in IMHO πππππ Thanks guys

DEIm a pleased customer My order arived in a very short time, and everything looks amazing. I had questions about how to use smart controler. I wrote to them an email and got a response that very same day. I wouls definetly reccomend to everyone, and i will recomend them to my friends. And im sure that i will buy from them in the future.

AUItems Out of stock & slow refunds Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them Iβm not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.
