Wrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. The product from that company are real sh.it. Poor made in china quality The product from that company are real craps. They use some Bad plastic quality for their produits. Customer service is Bad and really low to answer. Cross your fingers to never get troubles with your spider farmer items. I can't recommand at all! Run away from this Bad retailer

Im a pleased customer My order arived in a very short time, and everything looks amazing. I had questions about how to use smart controler. I wrote to them an email and got a response that very same day. I wouls definetly reccomend to everyone, and i will recomend them to my friends. And im sure that i will buy from them in the future.
