Only 1 out of 3 Items got delivered Ordered 3 Items and today only the LED Light got delivered. The inline fan and the filter are missing. I contacted the support after coming home from work but unfortunately didn’t get a response. Maybe someone from spiderfarmer reads this

AVOID THIS SELLER I do NOT meet your requirement so I cannot make anymore purchase with you...It was YOU who took 15 days to get my order to me by YOU choosing a terrible courier like Toll and we could NOT even track where the frack my order was and NOW you blame me by NOT allowing me to shop with you? Disappointing Ordered a grow kit in January, the fan I ordered stopped working. Reached out to customer service requesting assistance and was told there was nothing they could do since it had been past 30days since I received the product in question. They claim a 5year warranty, but they don't honor it and they hide any negative reviews posted on their site. Avoid!

Items Out of stock & slow refunds Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them I’m not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.
