Wrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. They have had my goods returned to their warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. I notice I am not the first person this has happened to either. Use Mars Hydro. Better value and great customer service

I ordered 4x 1000w lights no issues I ordered 4x 1000w lights no issues. I ordered another 2x se7000 and the light fixtures melted. I contacted SF and they replaced one balast and the connector for another. I would recommend SF but def go with the 1000w lights :)

The product from that company are real sh.it. Poor made in china quality The product from that company are real craps. They use some Bad plastic quality for their produits. Customer service is Bad and really low to answer. Cross your fingers to never get troubles with your spider farmer items. I can't recommand at all! Run away from this Bad retailer
