Your full tent kit might come in 2 packages! I ordered a full kit and had a moment of panic because I received tracking for just one of the two packages that were shipped, and the package I was tracking just had the clip on fan inside. Customer service was extremely quick and got me the other tracking number right after I emailed in; no further issues since then! Setup was easy and pretty fun actually. Fairly basic instructions but not too tough to follow.

Customer service went above and beyond I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been above and beyond with customer support and service. My se3000 was working well then bars started going out randomly. Contacted spider farmer and they gave me some different options of what the issue could be to try troubleshooting. Didn't work but my light was under warranty and they were quick to send out a replacement. I've seen some reviews stating they are bribing people for 5 star reviews but the lights have been amazing and having a company stand behind their product isn't bribing for reviews but earning 5 star reviews.

Super fast shipping Super fast shipping & custom service Ordered on the 27/12/23 and didn't expect a delivery until mid January. Freight started arriving in the 3/1/24 with the rest to be delivered tomorrow the 4/1/24 . This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. They have had my goods returned to their warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. I notice I am not the first person this has happened to either. Use Mars Hydro. Better value and great customer service
