AVOID THIS SELLER I do NOT meet your requirement so I cannot make anymore purchase with you...It was YOU who took 15 days to get my order to me by YOU choosing a terrible courier like Toll and we could NOT even track where the frack my order was and NOW you blame me by NOT allowing me to shop with you? Wrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. Items Out of stock & slow refunds Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them I’m not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.
