Customer service leads by example Made a few searches on their website. Then called them to purchase an engine. Spoke to a guy named Jimmy who is rude and quite frankly a loudmouth. Told him what I wanted and he told me it was a 90 day wait for a motor. I called back the next day inquiring about a used motor and he again jumps in on the phone call and starts being disrespectful. Saying that the salvage won't want to get involved in that.. save your money and go somewhere else

I guess everyone is too busy these days… I guess everyone is too busy these days but waiting for 4 weeks for an engine on my broken down truck is a killer for me and my business. Online ordering doesn't work and I had to wait a whole day and call 7 times before I got a call back. The lady was nice and polite thou.

Called in the morning for a quote the… Called in the morning for a quote the first guy was helpful and gave a decent a competitive price. Said I'll call you back I need to inform my grandson etc. Called back a few hours later and suddenly the prize jumped over 1k. Said I missed out they had several engines that morning but now only had 2 left from a company in Canada. I need to make a decision because when those 2 are gone they won't be rebuilding for a while. So after quitting and telling them my grandson was applying for a loan etc. I guess theythought this 19 year old kid was rich. No he's trying to get a loan and fix the truck his deceased father left him . Not cool at all, never asks yeah they're limited or anything on first call. I said I'll get back to you and the guy said ok look forward to it.

Fraser engines is a fine outstanding and professional company Fraser engines is a fine outstanding,& very professional outfit.i bought both warranties for my 2000 f150 5.4l 4x4 xlt.bought remanufacture engine & trans.was unsuccessful for both unfortunately.but fraser stood up and honored both warranties,and now with these 2 swapped units I couldn't be happier with frasers professionalism.it did take a bit of time and nail bitting,but fraser engines made it right.and if I need any work done again I will choose fraser engines & transmissions again.Thankyou Fraser.

The sales and order number guys hung up… The sales and order number guys hung up on me twice and were pretty short on the call. Not very good customer service. I understand your company is busy, but courtesy is a must! Ordered a motor through my mechanic and the gentleman said he would call him back. No call yet. He talked to a lady and she said they were busy due to the holiday weekend. I would think that trying to place an order would be important to your business. There was only 1 type engine available so I hope it was put on hold for my purchase and not sold.
