I guess everyone is too busy these days… I guess everyone is too busy these days but waiting for 4 weeks for an engine on my broken down truck is a killer for me and my business. Online ordering doesn't work and I had to wait a whole day and call 7 times before I got a call back. The lady was nice and polite thou.

DONT BUY A FRASER ENGINE OR WARRANTY Do yourself a favor and do t buy an engine from them . Both engines they sent bad. One lasted a year. One bad from the start . Low oil pressure. They absolutely DONT pay labor claims even after the warranty releases the money. If a customer wants to come to your shop with a motor from Fraser . Adamantly decline. You’ll thank me ! I promise. Engines garbage. Customer service garbage. Warranty garbage. Associates mad at life. I guess I would be too if my company produced garbage and everyone called complaining . Haha

Outstanding customer service and excellent products. Our shop has bought 4 engines and 2 transmissions. Very good quality parts and awesome customer service. We will continue to keep buying from them for years to come.

The FRASER rebuilt engine warranty, is useless Their warranty is basically useless. I bought the rebuilt engine in Sept 2021, and had problems in July 2023. No compression 1 cylinder, another low. On an inline 4 cyl. 2.5L jeep. The warranty only covers $50/hr labor. My engine mechanic is charging $199/hr now. Frasier wants to second guess the mechanic, and is wanting him to take off the head, check for damage, etc. Of course they only pay $50/hr labor, if the engine is shot. I pay the rest. My mechanic estimated 2 hours, so that would be another $300 out of my pocket for the request. Plus $1500 will be my piece of engine replacement labor. Plus parts for the next motor. This makes the warranty basically useless. That's probably the reason they have few warranty claims replacements. It worked. I'm not gonna pay to install another of their pieces of poo. I'll donate the jeep, and mark it as a lesson learned.

I asked for a quote on engine and… I asked for a quote on engine and transmission. I received a quote for the engine but nothing about transmission. I replied to inquire about transmission quote but have had no response as of today. I am hopeful that when I decide to order communication will be better.
