GBIt is a nice website lots of… It is a nice website lots of information, says to call to get a fast free quote I called was on hold for five minutes and was told by the person that finally answered that they couldn’t give me a quote. So I went online and filled out the little form by the time I was halfway through the form I got a text saying I could call for a free quote I was a little confused frustrated

GBVery responsive and thorough Very responsive and thorough. Wanted to make sure that I would get what I need. I'm no mechanic and they made sure I understood so I could have an intelligent conversation with the mechanic. From my research I think that Fraser is the best option.

GBFraser warranty I bought an engine in 2020, I barely drove it 5,000 miles and the engine had a problem. I took it to a certified mechanic to look at he contacted Fraser to file a claim. Fraser replaced my motor, however, they did not cover even half of the labor and they covered no parts. I had to pay the mechanic for an install engine install AGAIN

GBI was mislead so many times when… I was mislead so many times when dealing with Fraser. When I ordered my engine the lead time was 2-4 weeks. 4 months later, still no engine delivery. They are rude, unprofessional, have no sense of customer service and they don’t believe in leaving voicemail messages, emails or text messages. If you don’t answer, or call them, you’ll never hear from them. I’m not sure how they’ve been in business since 1961.

GBComplete jerks Complete jerks, horrible attitudes, don't pay out on warranty claims . Motors are garbage. Installed 2 motors both defective from the start. 100% believe they have a huge lack of proffessionalism
