Customer service leads by example Made a few searches on their website. Then called them to purchase an engine. Spoke to a guy named Jimmy who is rude and quite frankly a loudmouth. Told him what I wanted and he told me it was a 90 day wait for a motor. I called back the next day inquiring about a used motor and he again jumps in on the phone call and starts being disrespectful. Saying that the salvage won't want to get involved in that.. save your money and go somewhere else

I guess everyone is too busy these days… I guess everyone is too busy these days but waiting for 4 weeks for an engine on my broken down truck is a killer for me and my business. Online ordering doesn't work and I had to wait a whole day and call 7 times before I got a call back. The lady was nice and polite thou.

I was mislead so many times when… I was mislead so many times when dealing with Fraser. When I ordered my engine the lead time was 2-4 weeks. 4 months later, still no engine delivery. They are rude, unprofessional, have no sense of customer service and they don’t believe in leaving voicemail messages, emails or text messages. If you don’t answer, or call them, you’ll never hear from them. I’m not sure how they’ve been in business since 1961.

I purchased a 5.7L Hemi engine for my… I purchased a 5.7L Hemi engine for my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fraser. After my mechanic installed it, it had a significant leak from the dipstick hole. I learned that Fraser Engines was supposed to zip tie a plug for that hole, but they failed to include the plug. I filed a warranty claim with Fraser and sent a video of the leak. Because the dipstick hole was located at the bottom of the engine, the front differential has to be uninstalled. I learned that Fraser subcontracts its warranty services to Advanced Powertrain Solutions (APS), which does not seem to consider itself a part of Fraser when someone is at fault. The APS warranty tech, Mark B, spoke to me in a tone that was defensive, arrogant and combative. APS refused to cover anything and said that Fraser would have to cover the error. Mark made it sound like they were 2 separate companies. Danielle at Fraser never acknowledged Fraser’s error to include the plug, which cost me extra time, money and frustration, or offered me any compensation. Neither Fraser nor APS offered me any acknowledgement or apology. Their customer service was very poor and extremely disappointing.
