Dangerour product unsupported by BrevilleI informed Breville Australia that a… I informed Breville Australia that a Duo Temp Pro coffee machine, I had for some years, exploded violently, causing injury. Breville sent me an incident report form which I completed and emailed back along with photos of the parts concerned. I kept the projectile ( the wand) but disposed of the rest (as I had no room to store it) Breville have just informed me that because I disposed of the main unit, as far as they are concerned it is case closed. Possible Breville buyers be warned, that a dangerous item can cause injury with no recourse, and that photographic evidence is not sufficient. The projectile which caused the injury is of no interest to them.

Breville - good coffee but service sucks. Breville brewers make a good cup of coffee but unit longevity and vendor service capabilities suck. I now have a third machine that has been operational for approximately 4 months. The first lasted approximately 4 years and the second another two years. I bought the third thinking Breville would repair the second unit. The exercise of repair has been a disaster. I emailed Breville and got a response with an offer to send a free cleaner. They did and I tried the cleaner without success. I advised Breville of results and received a response 29.Nov.2023 requesting info on observed unit issues with the second unit. I responded with info and did two follow-up emails requesting Breville guidance with no success after four months. Awful service so can only reiterate that Breville aftermarket service sucks.

Worst costumer support ever I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service, nor is it likely I will experience it again. I doubt any company is as bad as Breville at, this and I will never buy a product from them again. Anti-consumer, anti-right to repair and they certainly love waste and are not interested in making products that last long (nor for them to honor their own warranty). Buyer beware and go somewhere else.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Didn't answer original request through support section of website. Had to track them down on Twitter/X. When I finally got someone weeks later they told me I needed to send my Toaster/Smart Oven in for repair. Then they told me it was $219 to repair something I paid $319 for. I ended up buying a new one from a different brand for $150.

Horrible Customer Service I purchased an espresso machine with built-in grinder. The grinder is defective. Will not grind anything rendering the machine useless. I created a support case and received an automated email that stated they would respond within 2 business days. It's been a week. I've called and was put on hold, then told to schedule a callback, which reading other reviews here and elsewhere, looks like it never happens.
