Item booked, turned up, no item, had to stand down our labour Phoned up and booked a compactor at Basingstoke. Sent in documentation. Was told by Steve it would all be organised for a Saturday pick up. Arrived no compactors available. Nothing left by Steve. We had labour booked to do our job which we had stand down at great expense. Would give a nil star rating if we could Be warned.

Hirebase in LOUTH is fantastic Hirebase in LOUTH is fantastic, always helpful and happy to help. The two guys in there go above and beyond what you would expect from a hire company. I was advised not to use website but contact my nearest branch instead and I couldn’t be happier. Delivery and collection was when they said and someone is always at the end of the phone or out of hours on there social media page. Excellent customer service and i will be using them for future projects.

Hirebase Milton Keynes branch is really good! This review is for Hirebase Milton Keynes branch. Signed up with two ID’s. The guy there was so helpful. We rented a digger. Next day came on time. Also price/deposit was really good. They also insured it. Amazing experience. Looking forward to work again!

Hirebase birmingham b9 waste of time. Hirebase birmingham b9 waste of time. First they don't have the machine I want but can hire from third party and than hire to me than the don't let me know when I would be able to collect and no call back had to ring them several times on different days even though they said they will call me within an hour. In summary I would say stay clear of this unprofessional firm as they will waste your time. Ps I did get my machine from elsewhere for nearly half the price they wanted so lesson learnt.

Hired a plate compactor online Hired a plate compactor online. At completion it said I would receive an email for confirmation. No email. Phoned the branch "oh yeah don't worry you don't need that, we have your order". Went to collect on the Saturday & no staff on the hire desk. The 3 employees from the build side couldn't do anything. Took over an hour to get it sorted. On return there were "system issues" which meant after 45 minutes they couldn't return my deposit. "We'll get it sorted and call you" I was assured. I've been chasing them for 3 days and still haven't had my deposit returned.
