CACustomer service I bought a pressure washer in 2023 and I was very please with it and it did the job with no problem.Unfortunately a part broke down this year and the pressure washer couldn’t be use anymore so i went on Greenworks site and I start chatting with customer service department explaining the problem. The communication was straightforward and few information was needed by Greenworks to open my case. Very rapidly solution was found on my problem and I would say that customer service at Greenworks (Trevor)took very well care of me. Highly professional

GBOngoing Edger Issues The handle for the edger won't come apart in order for me to reattach to the edger. Dealing with customer service to get a $10 replacement part took talking in circles for over an hour. The replacement part came within a few days which was great... however the original issue persists. The screws now won't fully tighten in place leaving the handle loose and the unit not functional. I would return this product if possible.

GBGreenworks products are crap, along with their customer service. I purchased a Greenworks battery powered blower and vac, model 24322, GWZ0200734 SERIAL #, at Home Depot. $250 dollars and the unit will not stay running when sucking up leaves. Talked to Home Depot, they said contact the company. Company will back up their product or give me a reason why it won't staying running when sucking up leaves. Grenworks and Home Depot are really sorry ass companies and they have lost my business. I would advise others to do the same.

GBShipped wrong item, defective products, weak and indifferent customer service I ordered a 40V charger to replace the defective one Greenworks included with the lawn mower my customer purchased from my hardware store because speedy replacement was essential for my customer. They shipped a 24V charger which took a week to arrive because it took days to get it out the door for delivery. A half hour wasted on their chat bot referred me to live agents, available only during the week. Greenworks customer service is extremely weak and I can look forward to TRYING to reach them during bankers hours this week. No more Greenworks products will be offered from our store.

GBUnderperformance I purchased the package with the 21" , self propelled mower, blower and trimmer. I've only had this a month and just started using it. The battery on the trimmer/ blower won't hold a charge. The lawnmower barely gets thru my yard with one full charge. I have 1/3 of an acre. Deduct from that the home, driveway, a 60'x 40' pool area , a cabana, a shed and walkways and theres not much left. The self propelled drive is slow. Its a good thing I didn't get rid of my gas mower as I'll be going back to that.
