WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Bought a new Greenworks electric Mower model MO60L520 and tried to register it. Need the serial number to register, but cannot find the serial number ANYWHERE on the mower. Have been trying to call the customer service number for a week - always busy. Tried the online chat & get a virtual agent that cannot help. Selected "transfer to another agent" button and no agent ever comes on. I cannot help but think all the wonderful reviews about great customer service are fake reviews.

Shame as it seems that the US customer service… It seems that the US customer service is terrible, however I can say that the customer service here in the UK has been at least so for very good!👍 I invested in the 40v garden range for my wife and her gardening business, the tools get used regularly and have 2x2amp and 2x4amp batteries which seem to be lasting well. There are certain design aspects I would change on the large strimmer as it gives the user a bad back after a while but generally the range is good, especially the hedge cutters. Very good and no more cutting cables for me! I hope the quality maintains as I’m thinking of replacing my power tool range with their 24v products! One thing to bear in mind, is that the batteries won’t last forever, even my Bosch and makita tools are waining due to diminishing battery life. They don’t last forever!

Greenworks products are crap, along with their customer service. I purchased a Greenworks battery powered blower and vac, model 24322, GWZ0200734 SERIAL #, at Home Depot. $250 dollars and the unit will not stay running when sucking up leaves. Talked to Home Depot, they said contact the company. Company will back up their product or give me a reason why it won't staying running when sucking up leaves. Grenworks and Home Depot are really sorry ass companies and they have lost my business. I would advise others to do the same.

New 60V Zero Turn I just bought a 60V Zero turn. I assembled it myself no big deal. The bars are so close to me and my chest, and the seat is adjusted all the way back that doing anything involving reverse is almost non-existent. I tried to call Customer service and have not heard back after an hour on hold. Did the return call thing and still nothing. Tried to use the Chat Bot and it does not work. I tried to register my product and that does not work either. I am returning the product to Tractor Supply tomorrow and getting a Cub Cadet. Done with Greenworks. I hope this helps anyone else who is thinking about them.

Customer service I bought a pressure washer in 2023 and I was very please with it and it did the job with no problem.Unfortunately a part broke down this year and the pressure washer couldn’t be use anymore so i went on Greenworks site and I start chatting with customer service department explaining the problem. The communication was straightforward and few information was needed by Greenworks to open my case. Very rapidly solution was found on my problem and I would say that customer service at Greenworks (Trevor)took very well care of me. Highly professional
