GBMy mower failed to start - horrible customer service My mower failed to start four days before the end of my warranty period. I tried to contact customer service everyday through two days after the end of my warranty period. Customer service did not respond until two days after my warranty period ended, at which time they told me my warranty had expired. They will not honor the warranty. I recommend befogging buying one of their products, you try contacting customer service just to see whether you can actually reach them. You will see I am not exaggerating. Buyer beware!

GBNew 60V Zero Turn I just bought a 60V Zero turn. I assembled it myself no big deal. The bars are so close to me and my chest, and the seat is adjusted all the way back that doing anything involving reverse is almost non-existent. I tried to call Customer service and have not heard back after an hour on hold. Did the return call thing and still nothing. Tried to use the Chat Bot and it does not work. I tried to register my product and that does not work either. I am returning the product to Tractor Supply tomorrow and getting a Cub Cadet. Done with Greenworks. I hope this helps anyone else who is thinking about them.

FRVery professional after-sales service Very professional after-sales service. I had a problem with my order which was promptly addressed by Jenny Pidan, who quickly and professionally identified the cause and proactively worked the issue out. She was also very kind in helping me follow the goods through to delivery. This is the kind of assistance every customer desires. She was able to interact with me both in my mother tongue (Italian) and in English, which I prefer when dealing with international transactions. Her professionalism and competence definitely contribute to the good reputation of the company she works for

GBGreenworks products are crap, along with their customer service. I purchased a Greenworks battery powered blower and vac, model 24322, GWZ0200734 SERIAL #, at Home Depot. $250 dollars and the unit will not stay running when sucking up leaves. Talked to Home Depot, they said contact the company. Company will back up their product or give me a reason why it won't staying running when sucking up leaves. Grenworks and Home Depot are really sorry ass companies and they have lost my business. I would advise others to do the same.

CACustomer service I bought a pressure washer in 2023 and I was very please with it and it did the job with no problem.Unfortunately a part broke down this year and the pressure washer couldn’t be use anymore so i went on Greenworks site and I start chatting with customer service department explaining the problem. The communication was straightforward and few information was needed by Greenworks to open my case. Very rapidly solution was found on my problem and I would say that customer service at Greenworks (Trevor)took very well care of me. Highly professional
