GBGreat Custome Service In July of 2023, I bought a Greenworks blower/vac. I was happy with its performance, but when I tried to order extra bags, I was informed that they were imported from China and unavailable. I ended up having several conversations with Leigh in Customer Service. I couldn't have been more pleased with her handling of my problem. Greenworks gave me another machine with replenishable bags.

GBI have a Greenworks 60V riding mower… I have a Greenworks 60V riding mower which failed to cut after two years. I waited several hours for the call back from customer service, which took several hours to happen. I answered all the questions of the operator and learned that there are no service centers in our state. Next I was promised an email which would require me to submit some photos and answer some questions. I received one email which had NO instructions or questions. Just a generic message to use the Web site. The Web site AI chat does not recognize the model or description of the mower and I can proceed no further without that information. I even copied the model from the site and it is NOT recognized by the bot technician "Vivian". Called back again today at 10:30 AM EST and on hold for over 30 minutes. This is an impossible situation!

GBWorst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a lawn mower and a specialized wing nut was missing, so the handle could not be assembled. I spent more than 3 hours on hold over 2 days for nonexistent customer service. Never got a person to talk to and their chat bot is a joke. I see why 74% rate them a 1 in reviews. I will be returning the product and suggest you steer clear of them. They are apparently on the verge of going out of business.

GBStrimmer G40T5 Line trimmer G40T5 Line spool was not full, ran out after 2 charges. They supplied the wrong gauge line with the product promoted along side it on heir site. Very sloppy. Also the instructions for restring are very poor Their customer service is non existent. Delivery took 7 days ........Tool is now out of action until I fork out for new line which can only be purchased from this company. I do not recommend this company because they are not taking care of the details such as being accountable.

GBShame as it seems that the US customer service… It seems that the US customer service is terrible, however I can say that the customer service here in the UK has been at least so for very good!👍 I invested in the 40v garden range for my wife and her gardening business, the tools get used regularly and have 2x2amp and 2x4amp batteries which seem to be lasting well. There are certain design aspects I would change on the large strimmer as it gives the user a bad back after a while but generally the range is good, especially the hedge cutters. Very good and no more cutting cables for me! I hope the quality maintains as I’m thinking of replacing my power tool range with their 24v products! One thing to bear in mind, is that the batteries won’t last forever, even my Bosch and makita tools are waining due to diminishing battery life. They don’t last forever!
