GBGreenworks products are crap, along with their customer service. I purchased a Greenworks battery powered blower and vac, model 24322, GWZ0200734 SERIAL #, at Home Depot. $250 dollars and the unit will not stay running when sucking up leaves. Talked to Home Depot, they said contact the company. Company will back up their product or give me a reason why it won't staying running when sucking up leaves. Grenworks and Home Depot are really sorry ass companies and they have lost my business. I would advise others to do the same.

GBI bought a Greenworks G-Max strimmer I bought a Greenworks G-Max strimmer, it failed after a little light use the motor bearing destroyed itself. Greenworks UK do not answer their phone lines and BT charge for the time you are ringing them. Would not touch them in future.

GBI have a Greenworks 60V riding mower… I have a Greenworks 60V riding mower which failed to cut after two years. I waited several hours for the call back from customer service, which took several hours to happen. I answered all the questions of the operator and learned that there are no service centers in our state. Next I was promised an email which would require me to submit some photos and answer some questions. I received one email which had NO instructions or questions. Just a generic message to use the Web site. The Web site AI chat does not recognize the model or description of the mower and I can proceed no further without that information. I even copied the model from the site and it is NOT recognized by the bot technician "Vivian". Called back again today at 10:30 AM EST and on hold for over 30 minutes. This is an impossible situation!

I had a problem with my order which was promptly addressed by Jenny Pidan, who quickly and professionally identified the cause and proactively worked the issue out. She was also very kind in helping me follow the goods through to delivery. This is the kind of assistance every customer desires. She was able to interact with me both in my mother tongue (Italian) and in English, which I prefer when dealing with international transactions. Her professionalism and competence definitely contribute to the good reputation of the company she works for

GBI purchased a pro 2300 electric power… I purchased a pro 2300 electric power washer and I was missing a screw. It took customer service less than two days to send me a new part. They were very professional and considerate. The power washer so far has been very good. It does what it says it will do, but customer service went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. I would recommend the power washer, but I would highly praise their customer service.
