GBLousy or non existent support Yes, i have a GW string trimmer and i can't even use it because theres an issue with restringing it and i have called support many times and either get no callback if i choose that option or wait forever and they never answer. I will never buy another greenworks product. If a company just takes your money but will not put any effort into helping you with thier flawed products then they should not be n business.

I had a problem with my order which was promptly addressed by Jenny Pidan, who quickly and professionally identified the cause and proactively worked the issue out. She was also very kind in helping me follow the goods through to delivery. This is the kind of assistance every customer desires. GBMy mower failed to start - horrible customer service My mower failed to start four days before the end of my warranty period. I tried to contact customer service everyday through two days after the end of my warranty period. Customer service did not respond until two days after my warranty period ended, at which time they told me my warranty had expired. They will not honor the warranty. I recommend befogging buying one of their products, you try contacting customer service just to see whether you can actually reach them. You will see I am not exaggerating. Buyer beware!

GBGreenworks G4OUC battery…product lasted 9 months I bought a Greenworks G4OUC battery quick charge unit. The 4 year old original unit had broken and this was a replacement. Purchased 18:7:23. The unit lasted 9 months before also breaking. I have tried many times to contact the manufacturer but without success, they seem not to like answering the phone on their warranty help line. So much for a 36 month warranty- don't be fooled. A new unit costs £50, but how long would this one last?

GBGreat Custome Service In July of 2023, I bought a Greenworks blower/vac. I was happy with its performance, but when I tried to order extra bags, I was informed that they were imported from China and unavailable. I ended up having several conversations with Leigh in Customer Service. I couldn't have been more pleased with her handling of my problem. Greenworks gave me another machine with replenishable bags.
