GBGreat Custome Service In July of 2023, I bought a Greenworks blower/vac. I was happy with its performance, but when I tried to order extra bags, I was informed that they were imported from China and unavailable. I ended up having several conversations with Leigh in Customer Service. I couldn't have been more pleased with her handling of my problem. Greenworks gave me another machine with replenishable bags.

GBWorst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a lawn mower and a specialized wing nut was missing, so the handle could not be assembled. I spent more than 3 hours on hold over 2 days for nonexistent customer service. Never got a person to talk to and their chat bot is a joke. I see why 74% rate them a 1 in reviews. I will be returning the product and suggest you steer clear of them. They are apparently on the verge of going out of business.

GBMy mower failed to start - horrible customer service My mower failed to start four days before the end of my warranty period. I tried to contact customer service everyday through two days after the end of my warranty period. Customer service did not respond until two days after my warranty period ended, at which time they told me my warranty had expired. They will not honor the warranty. I recommend befogging buying one of their products, you try contacting customer service just to see whether you can actually reach them. You will see I am not exaggerating. Buyer beware!

GBWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Bought a new Greenworks electric Mower model MO60L520 and tried to register it. Need the serial number to register, but cannot find the serial number ANYWHERE on the mower. Have been trying to call the customer service number for a week - always busy. Tried the online chat & get a virtual agent that cannot help. Selected "transfer to another agent" button and no agent ever comes on. I cannot help but think all the wonderful reviews about great customer service are fake reviews.
