Great customer service. I bought a really expensive Milwaukee M18 FPP6D2-503B FUEL 18V 5.0Ah Li-Ion RedLithium Cordless 6 Piece Kit recently. This year I've been off work unwell and didn't have the presence of mind to register my tools. When I remembered the 30 day registration limit I realised it had expired by a few days. I contacted Milwaukee by email and explained my situation; to my amazement they let me register my tools and even wished me a speedy recovery. I can't fault Milwaukee at all, although I haven't had to return anything yet, but that's a good thing isn't it?

Extremely disappointed in the sewer… Extremely disappointed in the sewer camera. Spent 7,000 on this unit, didn't hold up, they wont cover it after 90 days. They used to be a great company to deal with. Id still recommend the power tool. For me im moving to rigid cameras. These are junk. Even the Tech support person told me they are junk and nothing he can do. Moving forward Rigid will get my business on all sewer cleaning equipment. Will never recommend anything sewer pipeline related again. Now i have $7,000.00 paperweight.

I am not happy I have a shelf of milcrappy tools Owned this for about two years, only used at home for basic repairs and in my basement wood shop. I was using a 3.5” hole saw on drill mode when things went bad. The chuck and the gearbox self destructed. Chuck still attached to the bit and odds and ends all over the workbench. I found all the pieces and sent it in to Milwaukee for repair. Repair was denied saying: gears- broken off, chuck-broken off, drill-poor condition. This drill was in mint condition, and no way it should have broke. Received email from Milwaukee, just like every 1 star review gets. “ Thank you for leaving a review on your M18 FUEL™ ½” Hammer Drill/Driver. Our team would like to gain more insight and assist. We will be in contact shortly! - Milwaukee Tool Social Team” I have not been contacted by customer service once regarding this issue. They send this email out so it looks as if they are going to help resolve the issue.

i bought this brand for my work staff… i bought this brand for my work staff as our own tools were pretty banged up and these get good reviews which i’m starting to think the reviews came from the company itself! they do not perform as well as they say they do and battery’s do not last very long compared to most infact id say the battery’s are like the black and decker dinky toy i have in my cupboard at home awful

Milwaukee over priced poor quality Ive had Milwaukee m18 tools for 10+ years and not one tool from the last two generations has lasted more than 4months before needing repaired then your left having to buy another tool to replace it while you wait 2-4weeks im slowly changing to 40v Makita they seem to be holding up better. I'm a carpenter FYI figured it's time to get people away from this brand way over priced for what you get
