IEI have a m18chpx I have a m18chpx, rotary hammer drill and kango,, it's almost 2 years old but is very rarely used , is kept boxed in the van and only used when something's wrong with our corded machine . In the time I've had it it wouldn't have 5 hours working time on it as can be seen by it's condition which is like new . It has already been in for repair only a couple of months after purchase for the same problem it has now again , cannot change between modes , switch will not move . If I had used this machine there may be some excuse for the failures but to be honest this is ridiculous . I have over 5000 euro worth of Milwaukee tools and this is putting me off buying them again . I could not recommend them to anyone .

AUMilwaukee over priced poor quality Ive had Milwaukee m18 tools for 10+ years and not one tool from the last two generations has lasted more than 4months before needing repaired then your left having to buy another tool to replace it while you wait 2-4weeks im slowly changing to 40v Makita they seem to be holding up better. I'm a carpenter FYI figured it's time to get people away from this brand way over priced for what you get

CAMilwaukee customer service the best Milwaukee tools are not the least expensive. But I am continually reminded of why I prefer them. Always happy with the performance. However the customer service experience I had recently was top notch. They went more than beyond what I expected. Not only found the replacement saw guide for me but sent it quickly as well as a cap and measure tape for my loyalty. Milwaukee is Fantastic I. My books!!!!

GBover priced garbage I have had 2 tools break on me within a few weeks of each other. the electric ratchet cant handle much torque, and snapped a part inside. customer service never replied to my email with it being 1 week WITHIN the 1 year warranty, convenient. Also, the battery charger shorted out on its own one day, being in a metal fabrication shop, it seemingly can't handle metal debris. These tools are meant for clean garages that aren't used very much. These tools are too expensive, and overpriced garbage

GBCheap Junk Milwaukee combi drill went wrong after minimal DIY use. Cheap junk. Customer service appalling. Fixed it myself in the end as was outside one year warranty. How can a "proffesional use tool" only have a one year warranty. How does a tool magically gain another 2 years reliability just by registering it online? My advice is buy Makita. You can use it day in day out on site work with zero failures.
