GB1) Feeling Fleeced nMy Milwaukee one-key 1/4"impact… 1) My Milwaukee one-key 1/4"impact stopped working at 2 years 3 months 2) Brushless 1/2" Hammer drill went to half power then died At 1 year 1month. 3) I bought a 12amh & 8amh high output batteries packaged together the 12amh doesn't work in any of my remaining 5 Milwaukee tools & the 8amh stops one click shy of a full charge. I paid $225 for the pair. Milwaukee is at the APEX in cordless tools for Power & Speed. It's disheartening to read these reviews about what seems to be a worsting systemic fleecing of loyal customers.

GBover priced garbage I have had 2 tools break on me within a few weeks of each other. the electric ratchet cant handle much torque, and snapped a part inside. customer service never replied to my email with it being 1 week WITHIN the 1 year warranty, convenient. Also, the battery charger shorted out on its own one day, being in a metal fabrication shop, it seemingly can't handle metal debris. These tools are meant for clean garages that aren't used very much. These tools are too expensive, and overpriced garbage

GBMilwaukee tools are over priced and over hyped. Milwaukee tools run a slick marketing campaign but once you are hooked you are entitled to non existent support, over priced parts and a lousy warranty system. Parts dealers admit that repair costs are prohibitive, intentionally so. Look for parts on ebay and you will find that large quantities of the product that you are trying to repair are for sale non working. The reason is simply there is no economic repair. Do not buy these tools. The quality does not match the price.

GBCheap Junk Milwaukee combi drill went wrong after minimal DIY use. Cheap junk. Customer service appalling. Fixed it myself in the end as was outside one year warranty. How can a "proffesional use tool" only have a one year warranty. How does a tool magically gain another 2 years reliability just by registering it online? My advice is buy Makita. You can use it day in day out on site work with zero failures.

GBMilwaukee customer service is non-existent Milwaukee customer service is non-existent. I had a faulty M12 battery. I contacted them through the email provided. Initially they responded (so it was obviously the right address) and then totally ghosted me when I explained my issue.
