Milwaukee customer service the best Milwaukee tools are not the least expensive. But I am continually reminded of why I prefer them. Always happy with the performance. However the customer service experience I had recently was top notch. They went more than beyond what I expected. Not only found the replacement saw guide for me but sent it quickly as well as a cap and measure tape for my loyalty. Milwaukee is Fantastic I. My books!!!!

I have a m18chpx I have a m18chpx, rotary hammer drill and kango,, it's almost 2 years old but is very rarely used , is kept boxed in the van and only used when something's wrong with our corded machine . In the time I've had it it wouldn't have 5 hours working time on it as can be seen by it's condition which is like new . It has already been in for repair only a couple of months after purchase for the same problem it has now again , cannot change between modes , switch will not move . If I had used this machine there may be some excuse for the failures but to be honest this is ridiculous . I have over 5000 euro worth of Milwaukee tools and this is putting me off buying them again . I could not recommend them to anyone .

Spent thousands over the last 7 years… Spent thousands over the last 7 years on Milwaukee tools and my newest 8ah battery only just out of warrenty id dead even though its the newest and least used and they won't replace it so nearly 4k of tools going on ebay to be replaced with better quality tools. 1) Feeling Fleeced nMy Milwaukee one-key 1/4"impact… 1) My Milwaukee one-key 1/4"impact stopped working at 2 years 3 months 2) Brushless 1/2" Hammer drill went to half power then died At 1 year 1month. 3) I bought a 12amh & 8amh high output batteries packaged together the 12amh doesn't work in any of my remaining 5 Milwaukee tools & the 8amh stops one click shy of a full charge. I paid $225 for the pair. Milwaukee is at the APEX in cordless tools for Power & Speed. It's disheartening to read these reviews about what seems to be a worsting systemic fleecing of loyal customers.
