Great Customer Service- knowledgeable staff- quick shipping called to discuss barn door hardware and installation. Customer Service was very friendly, knowledgeable about the components and help me complete the order over the phone. Order shipped quickly and all the parts were correct when received.... PLUS they had packaged additional support brackets free of charge since the my door is thicker/heavier than normal. Will definitely use them again.

I needed 1 barn door track I needed 1 barn door track. I was charged for 3.It has taken multiple calls to get money credited back to my account.Customer service was terrible. One women never even responded back as she said she would. This looks like company ready to fold and screw as many customers as possible.I have been a builder for 45 years and this company one of the worst ever!!

I have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. They do not actively listen, and could care less about getting the details right. Expect to be on your own if technical issues arise... they will just keep repeating nonsense that is not logical, while LITERALLY telling you how great and knowledgeable they are (to the point it's hard to get past their self-aggrandizing and shift focus to the real reason why we are both on the phone). They truly do not understand their product, and have zero respect for the customer.

Bypass Barn Door Track & Hardware Product quality great & heavy duty. Only dissatisfaction: Forgot to include installation instructions for contractor & had to download 12 pages. Contractor added rubber bumper to the end of the track to decrease noise.Otherwise perfect....the results Fabulous....these doors are going nowhere which is good thing cause my glass shower would be done...
