GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM NFL stands for "not for long." This company will not be in business very much longer as the word is getting out. Wrong items shipped, late shipments, un-drilled holes in parts, and a college atmosphere for customer service. The customer service rep just told me on the phone "I can't ask the warehouse why your parts are late because they will yell at me". America is the land of opportunity and those that don't take care of their customers get to experience the land of epic failure. This is coming soon to Rustica....just keep watching.

GBI have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. They do not actively listen, and could care less about getting the details right. Expect to be on your own if technical issues arise... they will just keep repeating nonsense that is not logical, while LITERALLY telling you how great and knowledgeable they are (to the point it's hard to get past their self-aggrandizing and shift focus to the real reason why we are both on the phone). They truly do not understand their product, and have zero respect for the customer.

GBSafety Hazard I spoke with multiple Rustica agents before custom building an office to fit their corner barn door system. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with these agents to ensure that all the details were worked out. After installing the hardware and doors we found multiple issues with the design of the product and hardware, that prevent it from working properly. After going back and forth with customer service representatives for SIX months, the company finally determined that they sold me a system that does not work and is a SAFETY HAZARD. They told me (in writing and over the phone) that I would be issued a full refund. It has been a month since that occurred. I have contacted them FOUR separate times in the past month, asking about my refund and have not received a response. Do not do business with this company. Their products are over priced and do not work as advertised.

GBThe customer service is AWFUL The customer service is AWFUL. Their website is vague and makes it impossible to order the correct door. After spending $3400 on a custom front door, it arrived without a frame and they did nothing to help fix the situation short of telling me I need to pay them another $400 for misc lumber to get it installed properly. THE WORST customer service and so much for the so-called "satisfaction guarantee". Will never order another door from them and I am a designed and GC.
