GBOrdered custom pre-hung door Ordered custom pre-hung door. Paid a premium price expecting premium product. Door arrived in non watertight crating. Door and frame were wet but not ruined. Door had imperfections in paint finish and sloppy caulking. CSR said imperfections were expected and asked us to get a written quote from our contractor to fix the leaked caulk. No contractor will write something like that up. After taking a defensive posture (what not to do - CSR 101), they ultimately offered us a 10% discount on the door. No thanks. Fix your operation or quit promising 100% satisfaction if you cant deliver.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM NFL stands for "not for long." This company will not be in business very much longer as the word is getting out. Wrong items shipped, late shipments, un-drilled holes in parts, and a college atmosphere for customer service. The customer service rep just told me on the phone "I can't ask the warehouse why your parts are late because they will yell at me". America is the land of opportunity and those that don't take care of their customers get to experience the land of epic failure. This is coming soon to Rustica....just keep watching.

GBDisappointed The hardware I ordered was deemed "cheap and flimsey" by my contractor. The track metal arrived bent and the system itself wasnt as sleek looking as in the photos. If you are ordering a standard track maybe its ok. But the system they had to install a longer track ( overlap and screws sticking out) was really an eye sore. I returned all but the door hangers and while customer service was helpful, i was surprised at how much i had to eat in restocking fees. Because my job needed to be finished right away, i had a metal worker make me a much better and cleaner designed track in one day. Money and time wasted.

GBThe customer service is AWFUL The customer service is AWFUL. Their website is vague and makes it impossible to order the correct door. After spending $3400 on a custom front door, it arrived without a frame and they did nothing to help fix the situation short of telling me I need to pay them another $400 for misc lumber to get it installed properly. THE WORST customer service and so much for the so-called "satisfaction guarantee". Will never order another door from them and I am a designed and GC.

GBI have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!
