Worst company Worst company - if you need to rent equipment do not use this firm and go direct to a local company. We have had such a bad issue with this and had to fix so many problems ourself. They delivered the wrong forklift that mean we had to drive to go collect something to fix the issue and the delivery driver delivering a large item had to wait 3 hours before we could offload it. They collected our scissor lift 6 hours early (even though we had paid for a full week of use over the holiday period). Their customer service team give you incorrect information when you really need an accurate answer - and inch difference in an answer when talking about equipment like this makes a BIG difference in safety!!!!

Beware this an equipment broker they rent from legitimate rental companies and mark it up 100% my office used them by accident when we were in a jam and needed a forklift on short notice ended up being charged $3500 for a 1 week rental that any legitimate rental outfit would of charged $1500 stay away

First thing they wanted was Contact… First thing they wanted was Contact info and credit card number for rental. You cant pick up equipment. I guess you just get stuck with what ever they drop off. I want to see what Im renting and see in fully functional before the agreement is made. Not sure what these folks are peddling but I didnt bite on their line of BS.

Awful Protection Plan Worst customer service and protection plan policy is a joke. I've been in the industry for 10+ years and have had to rent a few forklifts over the years. Things happen and that is why I always purchase the protection plan. And in a few instances, it was well worth it. But the plan this company offers only covers 10% of any repairs. A pump broke on our forklift and the amount I "save" with the protection plan was less then the $400 I spent to insure the forklift. I will not be renting from them again.

I rented a machine through DOZR here in… I rented a machine through DOZR here in NC. It was 2 weeks ago. Each time they delivered a machine to my site it was broken. I have yet to receive my money back from them. DOZR said they were waiting on Hertz to refund the money from the contractor. I ended up spending an additional 1300. To rent another machine from them. This time they can’t find a machine but my money has been deducted from my account. It’s bad business to have a working crew waiting on a mini excavator for 3 weeks. Think twice before renting from DOZR.
