GBBEWARE of this company Big Rentz Onn 5/1/2023 I rented a boom lift to do some tree work on a mountain little did I know we were unable to use lift since on the mountain ground s unlevel which we explained to the sales person which knew nothing exactly what she was a person to take my money. We did not use the machine at all due to being afraid of flipping it,I called the company several times all promising to call me back never did except 1 person Name Al and all he said was supervisior was in a meeting for 2 days still no phone call. Now i find out they will not refund money so they are keeping my 985.00 even though my husband never used the machine this is really bad business i told them to check hours on machine they will see we never used it but just to keep our 985.00 is total bull$$$$. I would not refer these people to anyone BEWARE!!!!!!!Still fighting for my refund

GBCheck exactly what you are being… Check exactly what you are being charged for. I discovered an unexpected charge against my credit card "for fuel used". The charge was excessive, I thought, but the fact they didn't even tell me before they took the money makes me very angry

GBCompletely incompetent Completely incompetent! Horrible set and processing, then canceled the day before delivery. No order numbers, receipts, confirmations, etc. It’s amazing they’re in business at all. They come off as a scam company. Beware people, Beware of Bigrentz!!!

GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to rent a mini ex and the initial person said no they couldn’t provide at first so I was going to move on to somewhere else. The rep proceeded to argue with me telling me I would never find it anywhere. Then said I misinterpreted what she said that they may be able to provide it. At this point I asked for a manager and found out that the first answer of no was correct. Complete waste of time with terrible customer service! Stay away!! Especially if u need equipment in an emergency situation because they have a 48 hour minimum according to the supervisor.

GBWith the help of a BIGRENTZ… With the help of a BIGRENTZ representative,I ordered a forklift. It turned out to be the wrong one so the BIGRENTZ representative helped me order another. I was told there would be no additional fees for the replacement forklift as the initial one was ordered by mistake. Naturally, that was a lie and two days later, I was billed full price for the 2nd forklift and full price for the 1st forklift. Liars and cheaters. Run! Run faster!
