BE AWARE BE AWARE ! Total scam it’s best to go through the actual rental places they are third party and jack up the prices of the rental. Disputing a charge from them right now on a backhoe was delivered with a low tire so they had someone come out and air it up now they want to charge me $500 dollars. If you want to get ripped off by all means use them but me I will never use these scam artists again.

Awful Protection Plan Worst customer service and protection plan policy is a joke. I've been in the industry for 10+ years and have had to rent a few forklifts over the years. Things happen and that is why I always purchase the protection plan. And in a few instances, it was well worth it. But the plan this company offers only covers 10% of any repairs. A pump broke on our forklift and the amount I "save" with the protection plan was less then the $400 I spent to insure the forklift. I will not be renting from them again.

I rented a machine through DOZR here in… I rented a machine through DOZR here in NC. It was 2 weeks ago. Each time they delivered a machine to my site it was broken. I have yet to receive my money back from them. DOZR said they were waiting on Hertz to refund the money from the contractor. I ended up spending an additional 1300. To rent another machine from them. This time they can’t find a machine but my money has been deducted from my account. It’s bad business to have a working crew waiting on a mini excavator for 3 weeks. Think twice before renting from DOZR.

this is a 3 rd party vendor this is a 3 rd party vendor. If you rent anything from them. Your paying more because your NOT doing directly to the vendor. They may get it done. But why pay more. Every item must be delivered so they can increase the sale twice the regular price, ie delivery fees

They can't provide a quote without… They can't provide a quote without getting your email address and address location. Horrible Company, I would NEVER recommend!!! A prime example of the tail trying to wag the dog!!
