Scammed us out of $2100.00 because they sent oversized forklifts This is outsourced and they cannot guarantee certain size forklifts. Due to this they sent us oversized forklifts that would not fit into a standard bay door. Upon notifying them of this they said that they needed to cancel the order and rebook. Upon trying to rebook is when I was told that they cannot guarantee the size of the lift upon arrival. Needless to say we did not rebook. Two weeks go by and I paid $2100.00 to have them "attempt" to deliver the forklifts. I disputed the charges and was told "sorry not our fault". Go with a local company!!!!!!!

With the help of a BIGRENTZ… With the help of a BIGRENTZ representative,I ordered a forklift. It turned out to be the wrong one so the BIGRENTZ representative helped me order another. I was told there would be no additional fees for the replacement forklift as the initial one was ordered by mistake. Naturally, that was a lie and two days later, I was billed full price for the 2nd forklift and full price for the 1st forklift. Liars and cheaters. Run! Run faster!

BE AWARE BE AWARE ! Total scam it’s best to go through the actual rental places they are third party and jack up the prices of the rental. Disputing a charge from them right now on a backhoe was delivered with a low tire so they had someone come out and air it up now they want to charge me $500 dollars. If you want to get ripped off by all means use them but me I will never use these scam artists again.

I rented a machine through DOZR here in… I rented a machine through DOZR here in NC. It was 2 weeks ago. Each time they delivered a machine to my site it was broken. I have yet to receive my money back from them. DOZR said they were waiting on Hertz to refund the money from the contractor. I ended up spending an additional 1300. To rent another machine from them. This time they can’t find a machine but my money has been deducted from my account. It’s bad business to have a working crew waiting on a mini excavator for 3 weeks. Think twice before renting from DOZR.

Call someone else On January 8 I called Bigrentz to order a scissor lift, it was supposed to be delivered on January 10 to the Marshalls store where we had a $2500 job that was supposed to be done at night, and they were given instructions to ask the manager in the store where to deliver from the back door, not thru front entrance. On January 10 I was contacted by the store manager that there was no lift delivery, the manager even checked outside, but there was no lift and they canceled the job. From the words of Bigrentz driver wasn't able to contact anybody on the job site, even though the store was open all day and Bigrentz was given instructions to go in the store and ask the manager where to leave it, he decided to leave it somewhere outside behind the building without telling anybody. Bigrentz refused to do a refund and they sent me a phone call recording where it clearly says to go to the store, talk to the manager, and the manager gonna show where to bring it from the other side from the back door, not to the front door. I paid them $521.30 for rent, but I didn't receive a refund and lost the $2500 job. I need a refund for the service that I didn't receive.
