I rented a machine through DOZR here in… I rented a machine through DOZR here in NC. It was 2 weeks ago. Each time they delivered a machine to my site it was broken. I have yet to receive my money back from them. DOZR said they were waiting on Hertz to refund the money from the contractor. I ended up spending an additional 1300. To rent another machine from them. This time they can’t find a machine but my money has been deducted from my account. It’s bad business to have a working crew waiting on a mini excavator for 3 weeks. Think twice before renting from DOZR.

They can't provide a quote without… They can't provide a quote without getting your email address and address location. Horrible Company, I would NEVER recommend!!! A prime example of the tail trying to wag the dog!!

Do NOT use these guys!!! I submitted an order a week before I needed. They confirmed the order and the day before the job, they call me and tell me they cant provide the equipment. Very unprofessional. They had a week to figure this out and they waited until the last day cancel. I wish I could sue these guys. Now I have to scramble to find a replacement.

this is a 3 rd party vendor this is a 3 rd party vendor. If you rent anything from them. Your paying more because your NOT doing directly to the vendor. They may get it done. But why pay more. Every item must be delivered so they can increase the sale twice the regular price, ie delivery fees

Check exactly what you are being… Check exactly what you are being charged for. I discovered an unexpected charge against my credit card "for fuel used". The charge was excessive, I thought, but the fact they didn't even tell me before they took the money makes me very angry
