Extremely friendly Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, answered ALL our questions, did not push the product, although with their help, we knew what we wanted, extremely professional. We were so happy with this purchase. We thank everyone for all their help. Jeff was wonderful and patient with us. I give them 10 stars.

It was amazingly fast It was amazingly fast in a timely manner. My representative was extremely helpful & gave accurate time I should receive it. The paperwork was easy and I had my machine in 3 days. I was amazed because I tried with previous company who never even confirmed my rx so when I was supposed to have received it & didn’t I called them that’s when I found out that they are incompetent. So glad they was cause this company is truly a GODSEND

Well Built! Three different portable continuous flow products were offered, but I needed more performance, reliability, and product support information to make my decision. I was very pleased with our discussions and I choose the Oxlife INDEPENDENCE unit. It was shipped as promised and in excellent condition. I am impressed with its robust construction and build quality. The user manual is well written and easy to understand. And Made in the USA!! More to follow, as I use it in the months ahead.
