They then 'bow out' until asked for further help

It was amazingly fast It was amazingly fast in a timely manner. My representative was extremely helpful & gave accurate time I should receive it. The paperwork was easy and I had my machine in 3 days. I was amazed because I tried with previous company who never even confirmed my rx so when I was supposed to have received it & didn’t I called them that’s when I found out that they are incompetent.
