They have been wonderful, quick to respond by email or by phone to get our POC serviced. When our old POC finally couldn’t be serviced anymore so I searched for a new POC. Carey at Portable Oxygen Solutions was very helpful finding the right POC for my wife. We bought the Inogen G5 with 2 double batteries, exactly what we needed with extended warranty. friendly service and education and product options friendly service, i think i was not educated on my first purchase about diff mach. so i bot the G5 and should have started with a G4 which i heard after i bot G5, all the guy said was he told me what he heard about me , maybe he should tell me whats out there because i know nothing about these being new at the issue of having one.
