Not accepting trade-in. Would not accept trade in of Phillips SimplyGo, with the purchase from them of a lighter pulse machine. They sold me the Simply Go less than a year ago and it was recently refurbished last month (under warranty). The replacement machine is good and the price was fair.

I had many questions about portable machines During my investigation of portable oxygen machines, I wound up speaking to Jeff in the sales department. He was extremely helpful. With all my questions, he made sure I understood his answers. Days later, I had more questions, and again I spoke with Jeff. He was very patient. Not only did he help me find the correct make/model for my needs, he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He not only sold me on the machine, he sold me on doing business with Portable Oxygen Solutions. Since I placed my order, the company has been very communicative regarding the status of said order.

Continuous Flow Concentrator After searching several weeks for a continuous flow concentrator, I found the OXLIFE LIBERTY 2 from Portable Oxygen Solutions' website. I talked to Jeff and he answered all of my questions and concerns. The transaction was smooth and the delivery time was within a few days.
