Emergency Need / Awesome Service Given We were in a situation where one of our secure buildings needed replacement electronic locks immediately due to a flood in our area. The manufacture quoted us 5 weeks for delivery. This company understood our need and found locks for us a few hours later. They shipped to us the same day and we had the critical parts coast to coast in 27 hours from the first call to them. Very impressive customer service and friendly, good prices too. I had a family emergency where I needed this specific lock ASAP for the safety of my family members due to unforeseen circumstances. I put in a request in the message box of the order for a faster delivery. I kid you not, I was called within minutes of placing my order and I received the product over night. 10/10 recommend this company. I honestly couldn’t believe how great their customer service was. The prices are reasonable for their high quality locks. Especially a lock that specifically met my needs. I rarely ever take the time to write a review but this review was well deserved.
