Emergency Need / Awesome Service Given We were in a situation where one of our secure buildings needed replacement electronic locks immediately due to a flood in our area. The manufacture quoted us 5 weeks for delivery. This company understood our need and found locks for us a few hours later. They shipped to us the same day and we had the critical parts coast to coast in 27 hours from the first call to them. Very impressive customer service and friendly, good prices too. Great Customer Service Contact Barzel after searching for a mechanical lock that could withstand the outside elements. Purchased the lock which was easy. Produce arrived in great shape and installed. This is a solid lock which i expect will give years of great service. The staff at Barzel were extremely helpful during the purchase when I had questions. I will purchase from them again.
