You took my order and then advised me… You took my order and then advised me that you were out of stock at the time and asked if I wanted to wait for shipment or cancel. I opted to wait and product was shipped sooner than expected, all pieces as ordered and in very substantial packaging. Except they were the wrong color. I needed white and I assumed that is how they came. I called the company and spoke to a representative who explained they dont come in white, good answer, I said thanks and guess I will have these powered coated locally. No problem for me, I appreciated the factual info I received from the company.
