ZWBad experience whilst shopping for a gas stove I ordered an AE 4 plate gas stove online, went to the shop for payment and collection. They first checked my invoice upon arrival and was told to proceed to the payment till, paid for the gas stove. But was only told at the collection point that the gas stove was not on stock 😒. Had to wait for the reversal of the transaction for the store to refund my money. Only to be told that they had the stove in another branch ... Had a very bad experience at union hardware and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

GBUnion Hardware Exceptional Customer Service! Union Hardware was very helpful when I had a problem with a product I had purchased from them. Within a day the issue was resolved, the product was exchanged and delivered to my house. Great customer care!

GBThe ease of purchasing online The ease of purchasing online, the process is hustle free. Customer care is good. Twice I bought a wrong product and twice a got my refund without any problems. However I think there are areas for improvement. 1. There are a lot of your products which are not online. This could be improved. Get all your products online. 2. Instead of refunding and get through the whole purchasing process is it not possible to just change the product I want to buy
