Great service… I had reserved some cement on the online store and went in to pay and collect. It seems the cement was out of stock but the online platform had not been updated. Fortunately they had some cement in the back and my order was honoured. Just a reminder though that the online platform should be always updated to avoid such situations!

Customer service is great. Customer service is great. It is efficient,I was able to buy from a different country and everything was collected hustle free ,it makes things easier when building very convenient.They need to update the search engine though, you need to know exactly the category of what you are searching for otherwise it won't show up.

The online process was easy, but could be better The online process was easy. but in the store some stuff when presented with a printed copy of the order, were not aware of how the process works. Staff had to reenter the order. This affects efficiency.
