ZWBad experience whilst shopping for a gas stove I ordered an AE 4 plate gas stove online, went to the shop for payment and collection. They first checked my invoice upon arrival and was told to proceed to the payment till, paid for the gas stove. But was only told at the collection point that the gas stove was not on stock 😒. Had to wait for the reversal of the transaction for the store to refund my money. Only to be told that they had the stove in another branch ... Had a very bad experience at union hardware and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

ZWI paid for a stove online and on… I paid for a stove online and on collection was told it’s out of stock. Two weeks later I still don’t have my stove. My WhatsApp messages are being ignored

ZWGreat service… I had reserved some cement on the online store and went in to pay and collect. It seems the cement was out of stock but the online platform had not been updated. Fortunately they had some cement in the back and my order was honoured. Just a reminder though that the online platform should be always updated to avoid such situations!
