Great service… I had reserved some cement on the online store and went in to pay and collect. It seems the cement was out of stock but the online platform had not been updated. Fortunately they had some cement in the back and my order was honoured. Just a reminder though that the online platform should be always updated to avoid such situations!

Union Hardware is a brilliant store… Union Hardware is a brilliant store with plenty of goods. Online shop is wonderful, well presented and easy to use. Goods are kept ready once an order is placed online. Whether that be pay on collection or through the payment Gateway. Highly recommended service.

Made an order online to be collected 3… Made an order online to be collected 3 days later only to get there and find out some items hadn't been packaged yet. Took another 45min waiting whilst searching in there warehouse. Other than that everything was in place
