Made an order online to be collected 3… Made an order online to be collected 3 days later only to get there and find out some items hadn't been packaged yet. Took another 45min waiting whilst searching in there warehouse. Other than that everything was in place

However I think there are areas for improvement. 1. There are a lot of your products which are not online. This could be improved. Get all your products online. 2. Instead of refunding and get through the whole purchasing process is it not possible to just change the product I want to buy

Very convenient for online purchases, recommend for the diaspora community I made an online purchase of some tiles but encountered some problems with the pricing. The staff in store was very helpful and we managed to resolve the issue. Special mention to the marketing team who identified the glitch in the system and assisted the floor management. I also got some building material in store and I commend them for the variety and quality. If you need to purchase building material of great quality without the hustle of delegating to someone, the website is easy to use and your products will be as they are online.

Much needed and convenient online shopping from diaspora Easy to order on line and convenient for diasporians. I benefitted from the winter specials discount. Once my order was ready for collection, I received a whats app message. I also received another once my order was collected by the person I nominated. There is an option to pay online or in store after placing the order, I paid in store since this was my first time to order online. Delivery service will be awesome, please look into it.
