Goods are kept ready once an order is placed online. Whether that be pay on collection or through the payment Gateway. Highly recommended service.

The online process was easy, but could be better The online process was easy. but in the store some stuff when presented with a printed copy of the order, were not aware of how the process works. Staff had to reenter the order. This affects efficiency.
