Great Delivery Experience I am a DIYer and use Build Club frequently. Customer service is excellent. The lumber is good quality. And the delivery is outstanding. Drivers are super helpful and always on time. One driver even made a return trip to exchange lumber that was warped or split, and later returned with another item I needed. The website is a little difficult to navigate, but Build Club compensates with great customer service. I use them for any items I can't squeeze into my SUV or need quickly and can't make time to pick up myself.

Since it was my first time ordering I was supposed to get a discount, while checking out there was no option to click on to get the discount. Could have saved a little over 40.00. Otherwise customer service was awesome, delivery was great.

The material I needed, when I needed it, at good price After not finding the 12' sheets of corrugated roofing material in the color we wanted anywhere else, BuildClub had it at a reasonable price and quick delivery. Saved our project as my assistant visiting from out of state was only visiting for three days.

Great find, had item when everyone else out of stock! Found this business by accident while doing a search. They had my item in stock even after I’d hit every Home Depot in my area and was about to give up. Ordering easy, communicated with me via text, delivered on time, and item was exactly what I wanted. Love!

They sell stuff they don't have. Ordered material just to receive an email after a day stating they don't have it. How many times will I try to use this site in the future? I guess zero, nil, nada.
