Drill missing from delivery I ordered a combination offer; a cordless Milwaukee vacuum combined with a Milwaukee drill. The vacuum was delivered without the promised drill. I emailed BuildClub and they said they would look into this. That was days ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. UPDATED REVIEW: BuildClub did track down the second parcel and it was finally delivered. They said the driver made the error of only picking one item from the packing list instead of two. I am upgrading my star rating from 1 star to only 3. If BuildClub is using a delivery service with drivers who can’t adequately read to do their jobs, maybe they should change delivery services.

They sell stuff they don't have. Ordered material just to receive an email after a day stating they don't have it. How many times will I try to use this site in the future? I guess zero, nil, nada.

Customer Satisfaction beyond belief Super fast with delivery. I purchased 13 privacy lattice 4x8, but unfortunately, they only delivered 11. I called to let BuildClub of 2 panels missing, and they immediately took care of it. I had the two panels delivered the next day at no charge.

Great find, had item when everyone else out of stock! Found this business by accident while doing a search. They had my item in stock even after I’d hit every Home Depot in my area and was about to give up. Ordering easy, communicated with me via text, delivered on time, and item was exactly what I wanted. Love!
