Your website could be better, the search results are not always consistent and there seems to be some bugs with scrolling a list. You have cancelled some product orders, after being placed, that you can't source which is quite inconvenient, as it's happened more than once. I am aware that this is noted on your site but it does not inspire confidence when it happens.

Customer Satisfaction beyond belief Super fast with delivery. I purchased 13 privacy lattice 4x8, but unfortunately, they only delivered 11. I called to let BuildClub of 2 panels missing, and they immediately took care of it. I had the two panels delivered the next day at no charge.

Drill missing from delivery I ordered a combination offer; a cordless Milwaukee vacuum combined with a Milwaukee drill. The vacuum was delivered without the promised drill. I emailed BuildClub and they said they would look into this. That was days ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. UPDATED REVIEW: BuildClub did track down the second parcel and it was finally delivered. They said the driver made the error of only picking one item from the packing list instead of two. I am upgrading my star rating from 1 star to only 3. If BuildClub is using a delivery service with drivers who can’t adequately read to do their jobs, maybe they should change delivery services.
