Your website could be better, the search results are not always consistent and there seems to be some bugs with scrolling a list. You have cancelled some product orders, after being placed, that you can't source which is quite inconvenient, as it's happened more than once. I am aware that this is noted on your site but it does not inspire confidence when it happens.

I've purchased a few items from the BuildClub over the past few years and they have been consistently awesome. - delivery is on time or even faster. - excellent customer service. - items are great (we've ordered baseboards and a water heater so far). I'll definitely order from them again when we have projects in the future.

Since it was my first time ordering I was supposed to get a discount, while checking out there was no option to click on to get the discount. Could have saved a little over 40.00. Otherwise customer service was awesome, delivery was great.

Great Delivery Experience I am a DIYer and use Build Club frequently. Customer service is excellent. The lumber is good quality. And the delivery is outstanding. Drivers are super helpful and always on time. One driver even made a return trip to exchange lumber that was warped or split, and later returned with another item I needed. The website is a little difficult to navigate, but Build Club compensates with great customer service. I use them for any items I can't squeeze into my SUV or need quickly and can't make time to pick up myself.
