Great Delivery Experience I am a DIYer and use Build Club frequently. Customer service is excellent. The lumber is good quality. And the delivery is outstanding. Drivers are super helpful and always on time. One driver even made a return trip to exchange lumber that was warped or split, and later returned with another item I needed. The website is a little difficult to navigate, but Build Club compensates with great customer service. I use them for any items I can't squeeze into my SUV or need quickly and can't make time to pick up myself.

The material I needed, when I needed it, at good price After not finding the 12' sheets of corrugated roofing material in the color we wanted anywhere else, BuildClub had it at a reasonable price and quick delivery. The prices are always good The prices are always good and the delivery was on time. Your website could be better, the search results are not always consistent and there seems to be some bugs with scrolling a list. You have cancelled some product orders, after being placed, that you can't source which is quite inconvenient, as it's happened more than once. I am aware that this is noted on your site but it does not inspire confidence when it happens.
