They got back to me in a timely manner This ladder was better than we had expected. Much sturdier than the one we had previously owned .We are 84 years old and need this security. When my tool kit did not arrive with the ladder they quickly answered that they would be sending it out. I am sure it will be here soon.

Love this ladder Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.

In need of a U. S. Barcode.... I just received my dark green 2 step ladder SKU:KQ0002-GR and to my chagrin the barcode is Chinese! I need the United States barcode because I have to register the item with the National Consumer Panel. The item was purchased from Amazon. By the way I am pleased with my purchase. Awesome step ladder The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

When I received the ladder the foam on… When I received the ladder the foam on both handrails was damaged. I notified the company and was told they would credit me 5% which will be maybe $6. I informed them I would prefer the damage corrected. I ordered and expected an undamaged product. They told me to put tape on the damage and that my account would be credited. I’m glad the ladder isn’t structurally damaged because I don’t think this company would stand behind their product.
