GBGreat ladder and customer experience. They replaced my ladder immediately when I showed it had a slight problem. Customer support is great. I used both the Amazon messaging app within amazon.com - go into the order details and request to contact merchant, it'll open up a chat window. Also, if you didn't use Amazon to purchase, you can reach out to contact AT hbtower.us . Great new ladder they sent, no questions asked they just sent it after I showed a pic of the broken part.

GBGood, sturdy ladder The company kept me informed re: the progress of my purchase. Delivery was quite timely, although the carton was falling apart when it arrived. The ladder was easy to assemble and it’s strong and sturdy…quite heavy though! All in all, I’m pleased,

GBLove this ladder Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.

GBPoor Customer Service Received ladder in timely manner. Did not care for (too heavy). Got permission to return. Had to pay for return shipping (as expected). HBTower received 3 days later (per UPS confirmation). It has been 32 days since they received. NO REFUND. They don't respond to emails. Their phone is ALWAYS "busy" (all hours of day). I DO NOT recommend this company.
