Pathetic and Non-existent Customer Service I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder. They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries. Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.

Service was fast, product is great! Service was fast. The ladder is just what we needed in our senior years when climbing ladders is not advised. The wide platform steps, safety rail at top, and hand rails on each side make us feel safe.

Unsteady Ladder User I ordered this platform ladder because I'm very unsteady with ladders as I have had 1/3 of my foot amputated. I used this ladder for 2 days and it's everything I expected. I can't afford a fall as I have a broken back. Ad and explanation about product was spot on.....Thanks

Love this ladder Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.
