Awesome step ladder The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

When I received the ladder the foam on… When I received the ladder the foam on both handrails was damaged. I notified the company and was told they would credit me 5% which will be maybe $6. I informed them I would prefer the damage corrected. I ordered and expected an undamaged product. They told me to put tape on the damage and that my account would be credited. I’m glad the ladder isn’t structurally damaged because I don’t think this company would stand behind their product.

Love this ladder Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.

This is a great ladder This is a great ladder, great for cleaning inside and outside the house. Love the fact it has handle bars for easy climbing. However, the only thing regarding this ladder, was that the metal poles or handles were marked up, not the greatest paint job.
