GBI made a purchase of a 5 step ladder I made a purchase of a 5 step ladder. It’s missing a part. It’s literally impossible to get a hold of customer support. I like the ladder. Would rather have the part than to send it back. Why is it impossible to find customer service!

GBThis is a great ladder This is a great ladder, great for cleaning inside and outside the house. Love the fact it has handle bars for easy climbing. However, the only thing regarding this ladder, was that the metal poles or handles were marked up, not the greatest paint job.

GBPathetic and Non-existent Customer Service I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder. They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries. Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.

GBAwesome step ladder The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

GBGood, sturdy ladder The company kept me informed re: the progress of my purchase. Delivery was quite timely, although the carton was falling apart when it arrived. The ladder was easy to assemble and it’s strong and sturdy…quite heavy though! All in all, I’m pleased,
