GBAwesome step ladder The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

GBQuality and and ease of use. The ladder appears to be made of quality material. It was fairly easy to assemble (20 minutes) and stores in my garage closet. My only issue was during shipping the padding on the rails was a bit damaged.

GBI am loving my new three-step stepstool… I am loving my new three-step stepstool from HBTower. It is sturdy, but still light-weight enough to move around. It was just what I was looking for. I was nervous about purchasing online without seeing the product in-person, but I'm glad I took the chance!! Thank you for making this stepstool available.
Not happening
GBI made a purchase of a 5 step ladder I made a purchase of a 5 step ladder. It’s missing a part. It’s literally impossible to get a hold of customer support. I like the ladder. Would rather have the part than to send it back. Why is it impossible to find customer service!

GBFor various reasons For various reasons, a really sturdy, safe ladder is not just optimal —it’s a requirement for my household. With its extra-deep steps and solid construction, this is by far the sturdiest two-step ladder I’ve seen, and the dark green color makes it the most elegant out there, too. Ordering and delivery were efficient and trouble-free.
