GBFast Shipping and Easy to Deal With Ordered my christmas present for my son, I was worried b/c it was a few days before Christmas and i thought he wouldn't receive it. I spoke with a Toolfetch sales rep who was very friendly and helpful and upgraded my shipping to 2nd day air at no charge! To my surprise the order arrived as promised and they paid for the additional expedited shipping. My son was happy and I was extremely excited. I will be telling others about toolfetch's great service and customer service.

GBMoney grab Customer Representative Was excellent I ordered and paid for my item including shipping cost. Then get a call from service rep that shipping will cost additional 140 dolloars. No money no ship no other optionss given. Job was scheduled around deliver of item. It would have cost more money to delay shipping than pay what was asked. Tool fetch had me in a position where i had no choice than to pay black mail amount. NOT HAPPY

GB4 months for a small equipment order. Wish they would have told me up front! I ordered a lift on Nov. 13, with no info after a month, and no reply to emails, I called in December and was told the item would ship by January 21. Just called 1/25/24 to be told it's on a second backorder and should (maybe?) be available sometime in March. It looks as though people have a hard time getting refunds. I don't know if I should cancel and order elsewhere or hope it eventually will arrive.

GBSold me 3" Landscape Grates that don't… Sold me 3" Landscape Grates that don't sit flush and fall out. Requested refund or exchange, and was ignored for 30+ days before i called. Called and was put on hold and recycled back to reception who told me i would be called back shortly. 48hrs later i called again and was told they would send me a return label. I received the return label and a note that i will only be getting back 47 cents for the 51.64 paid. They said restocking and shipping both ways to be the reason. They sold items not as described and then take no responsibility.

GBThe product ordered was told in stock The product ordered was told in stock, yet next day I received email was on back order. I waited 3 additional months before product was delivered. Though the manufacturer was the problem, the company should have clarified this at the time of order.
